Refund policy

 


I want to return the item I ordered, what do I do?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or just changed your mind, you're welcome to return it.

Please, let us know of your intention to return the item by sending us an e-mail with the order number to hello@muoto.shop within 14 days from receiving your order. We will send you further instructions.

All returns must be mailed back to us within 28 days from receiving them.

If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it. 

NOTE: We will not cover the cost of returning items, including postage fees.

Any returned item will be refunded (including the initial postage fee) after we receive the return and have checked the product's condition.

NOTE: The item must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

Sale items are not eligible for returns. 

 

I want to exchange the item I ordered, what do I do?

If you wish to exchange a product please return the original product to us as described above and place a new order for the new product at our shop. 

NOTE: We will not cover the cost of returning items, including postage fees.

 

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@muoto.shop within 7 days after delivery. Please include the order number and attach pictures of both the packaging and its contents to describe the issue. 

Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. We’ll take a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.

Damaged products will only be replaced with another similar product. (e.g. The same design and size).
